I started doing renovations and remodeling after I bought my first home. Through many years of weekend-warrior DIY work, I discovered that I really loved this work and was able to build my skills over time. But beyond just enjoying this work, I discovered that it made me happy. HW HomeWorks, as an entity, was born after friends and neighbors insisted on paying me for my DIY help. As of this writing, my focus is on adding real value to my projects (and their owners) by endeavoring to enhance the energy of your space - part utility, part aesthetics, part design.
